Fryer always welcomes calls from its customers. If you are unable to reach your local distributor or want to speak with the factory direct, please call us. We are always available for our customers. Most calls are received right away, and are returned within two hours.
Replacement Parts:
Fryer service is headquartered in our 40,000 sq ft facility in Patterson, NY, which includes a fully stocked parts department. No matter what the age of your Fryer, you can rest assured that replacement parts will always be available. We ship 97% of our parts orders within 24 hours.
Preventative Maintenance:
Keep your machine running trouble free with Fryer’s fixed price Preventative Maintenance Packages. These packages are designed to spot minor problems before they become serious. By thoroughly reviewing the mechanical and electrical sub-systems of the machine tool, Fryer technicians will provide a written report on the functionality of these components as well as make any adjustments necessary to keep your machine in top shape.
Domestic Warranty:
All new Fryer machines are warranted for 1year parts & labor. Replacement parts are warranted for 90 days.

Training:
Opening Spring, 2006 Fryer’s newly renovated training center can provide your staff with basic and advanced training for Anilam, GE Fanuc and Fryer controls.
