Our Fryer MC-50 machining center is always running. The accuracy, rigid tapping, large table size and reliable tool-changer allow me to do bigger jobs using multiple visesand chucks.

Most importantly, my Fryer allowed me to partner with a major customer to rethink the way they process their parts. Using a combination of solid modeling, feature recognition, and 3D software together with the Fryer MC-50, we were able to cut 5 steps out of our manufacturing process. We are now building parts entirely from solid, eliminating welding, heat treating, straightening, re-machining and NDT for weld cracks. Before I had my Fryer we couldn't even think of doing this. With the chip auger and high pressure wash-down we commonly remove 2-3 barrels of chips per day. This change in the way we do business has made my customer more competitive and my company more profitable.
