By utilizing a removable trunnion table they offer the versatility of 3 or 5 axis machining. The ultra reliable 2100 control has ease of use not available on any other machine.This type of machine is most suitable for smaller parts that fit adequately on the trunnion table such as highly complex medical parts, molds and electrical parts.
The Fryer SX 5 axis machining centers features a unique tiling spindle that can rotate up to 90°. This series includes a rotary table that can be mounted on either the vertical or horizontal plane. Vertical mount is perfect for tire molds; mount horizontally for auto cylinder heads and turbine blades.
The Fryer 5X Series utiliizes a 2 axis spindle which can rotate right and left 90° and spins 360°. This cost effective solution is perfect for the aerospace, automotive and oil field industries where rotating the part is not practical.
